Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, a cozy bar/lounge area, and an amazing restaurant. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. Highly recommend it!

Hot water issues cropped up during our stay, particularly in the fireplace room where it took ages to get any heat out of the shower, which was a bit of a bummer. Additionally, the bathrooms have a tight fit—navigating in and out can be a bit of a challenge. Stairs to the rooms also present a hurdle, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. frankly, not the most user-friendly setup for all guests.
